The. Worst. Estate. Agents. Ever. They were over 15 minutes late to show us around the house which was a sign of things to come. We've asked repeatedly for work to be done (6 months for the front door - it wasn't done until my fiancee & daughter were trapped inside the house & required an emergency locksmith, mould that they keep sending an uninformed cowboy round to fix, Hot tub that they send their cowboy round for, conservatory door has been broken for months but nothing has been done) we usually have to get work done ourselves & then take it out of the (overpriced) rent & I've been told before, that they've been trying to get in touch with me all week & have left me voicemails (when I have my voicemail deactivated). Avoid at all costs. ^ Written on 25th April 2015 ^ ***UPDATE*** (22/07/2016) By the way, we moved out on July 11th 2015 & STILL don't have our deposit back. Not only are they terrible at their jobs, they're also thieves.
