Truly awful. They lie, and lie, and lie. I have found no one who has used them, for lettings or sales, who has had a good experience. If you value your time, health, and money, I would suggest that you avoid this agent.

W J Meade were extremely helpful in liaising with the buyers and keeping us (as vendors) informed of delays and timing issues as there were some legal hurdles to overcome.
