When Duncan arrived at our house to give us his sales pitch he seemed a really nice and reliable agent was told that he shows prospective buyers around your property gets feedback from them on the viewing and then comes back into your home and gives you the feedback he has just received this never happened so we feel his pitch is a total con we ended up selling property ourselves and still he took full fees don't use him I would recommend internet sites much cheaper
