From start to finish we had a poor service. Such a shame as the sales pitch at the beginning we were given was second to none! That is where it ended though. From no shows on viewings (with no explanation until chased) lights being left on and door unlocked when leaving a viewing, not being kept informed when they eventually sold our house, rude and unprofessional staff. I even got told that our solicitor was giving us false hope for exchange that day and told that exchange would not happen as a CR1 form had not been signed...urm excuse me they are the legal people and know more than you!! It was all a load of rubbish and we exchanged that day and when questioned about the form the agents then blamed the other agents on the forwarding property for giving incorrect information! Now I don't know but I am pretty sure they should get their facts correct before informing their own clients and causing stress that wasn't needed! Have written a letter of complaint but surprise have had no reply! They obviously do not care about customer service once they have received the outrageous selling fee of �2160.00!! Will not be using or recommending them ever.

Really bad experience!! Fox and Sons company has rented us a house with bugs inside the kitchen and bathroom, the outside garden is absolutely disgusting, abandoned rubbish bags, broken chairs, greens everywhere, dirty rubbbish containers, abandoned children toys at the entrance, the list goes on....
