Landlady with managed let by these agents where they didn't inform me the tenant had broken contract by ruining a hard landscaped garden leaving it to go to the heavens for 2.5 years. Paid for leak to be fixed over and over again until ceiling collapsed and carried out electrical tests that were recommended needing redecoration as electrician didn't score around switches! Altogether a waste of around 3k! Never again
If they actually did The job it would be reasonable but they failed to do anything but mess up!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
