A Testimonial to beat those Monday blues. #Lettings #Thankyou #Yourethebest I've been with Smeaton Homes now for just over 4 years and the service I got from them and the Landlady have been outstanding. Every issue I had over the years have been dealt with very quickly and the contractors they use are very remarkably and tidy. Now it is very sad that I am about to leave them as I have found a place that suits my present needs. I would have loved to remain with Smeaton Homes but unfortunately, they don't have any other property withing the area I am and I wanted to stay within the same area. I would like to take this moment to say a massive thank you to Dan and his many staffs. You guys are the best and I will miss you all. To my Landlady, you have done wonders over the years. Thank you. I personally feel more Landlords and Landladies should be seeking you guys out! You're the best. I'll make sure to recommend you guys if ever I come across people looking to sell or rent their property. A massive thank you to you all. Ken

The agency fees were cheaper than some of the other estate agents we viewed properties with and with Smeaton Homes being a local agents to Plymouth their service felt more approachable and friendly. Overall I was happy with the fees, they were clear about the prices and I believe they were also fair for what we were getting.
