This is the worst estate agents by far. I had been shown a property and was promised a move in date which kept getting delayed without explanation. I had already served notice with my current landlord and had to stay in a hotel whilst I was again promised a move in date which never materialised - two weeks after the original move in date. I was told that they had to get the go ahead from the property owner which was laughable as they had previously taken my money and advised that my references were perfect. They even tried to offer me another property on their books which further confused me! I asked for a refund and took my business elsewhere. After looking on their website I believe that they also do sales and property management. If you are are landlord you will be crazy to leave your property in the hands of these clowns. You are better off spending extortionate fees with another agent as at least you will be sure that more than likely - you get a good enough service. Please do not get involved with these people.

Same as any other agent - expensive. They were only paid because I was promised the property that I viewed and liked.

14 Mar 2019If I could give -stars I would Living here has been an absolute nightmare, these estate agencies are so rude and they are horrible. Not one of them is nice not one of them. We lived in the property from sept- June, from sept to about January they would have people come in and view the property while we were in bed sleeping, it felt like we were amusements at the museum. Absolutely disgraceful. We were left in the winter by the way as much as up to 10 times with no hot water or heating. We called them up and they would tell us someone is coming to fix your boiler, and no one would come. Imagine in the freezing winter coming back home and we could not cook or shower, we had to go to our friends houses. Mind you we are students we have to be presentable at uni and we are also girls on top of this. We have hygiene needs. It is honestly the worst place. I am not one to even write reviews. This is my first ever review because I just want to warn people that this is a trap. They honestly do not care about your wellbeing. They just care about the rent. That is it. Also when we first moved in we were promised curtains in my flat mates room, those were all empty promises. It's horrible. I cannot stress it enough. I just wish someone had told me. It's a hassle trying to get another place but there is not way on this Earth we were staying here. It feels like a prison. Please students, parents, workers do yourselves a favour and steer clear of Any Sky Blue Homes properties the people there are pure evil. And I hate to say it I am not a malicious person. But I suffered it honestly caused my to become depressed. Please just don't.

3 Jul 2020SHREWD individuals! Malicious! and inconsiderate. During the country lockdown, they didn't accept my tenancy extension even as I was unable to view any other accommodations to move into due to the lockdown but no, they wanted me out regardless. I left on time. But they would not return my deposit since it is a non-essential appointment, they are not able to go and do an inventory check. Meanwhile, their staff are rudest humans there will ever be! oh and the accommodation at 49 St. Albans, the radiators roar like lions from night to morning. You'll have to desensitise your ears. The fridge makes a noise of a dying cock! don't know whats in there

They have been manipulative (money above all), uncaring (about poor service) and malicious. They repaired a lock to the main flat complex that is access to at least 8 flats only after weeks and repeated complaints. Thugs entered disturbing people late at night.
