I would like to warn you !!! Never, ever rent a house from them!!! And if you do, take picture of everything and keep all emails, not do any agreement face to face on by phone call. They cooperate with Entwistle Green, from which I rented a house for my family.The agent from Entwistle Green agreed and claimed that I was allowed to put carpets in two bedrooms on the horrible, dangerously moving floor, but when I left property the agent from Countrywide told me that I destroyed the floor. They don't want to give me my deposit back !!! They can not acknowledged that their employee Natalie Rodda from Entwistle Green made mistake by allowing me to put carpets and they blame me for something I haven't done !!! I am not stupid I would not put carpets if they were not allowed. They have horrible mess!!!! They never help you with moving in or with any problem in the house. I was left alone with three kids without shower heater because they just kept ignoring my phoncalls and emails. I am very very disappointed with their service and not recommend them to anyone!!!
