* The new tenants moving in 24 hours later came round the week before to enquire if they could get in early. I informed them we were moving out a day before so they couldn't. Despite the house having been cleaned for 3 days by all of us, and a couple of bags of stuff being left in the living room by another housemate, they claim to have spent the entire £1000 deposit on deep cleaning, in a period of 24 hours between tenants. Scum of the earth, don't set foot near the place.

HORRIFIC! Terrible company! Right from the start where subjected to unprofessionalism. What agent could do to change your mind?
If this is the kind of property they advertise and back I’d be horrified to agree to ANY contract from them again! They need to put all of their properties through the proper health and safety protocol and DEMAND to see all landlords electric and gas safety certificates. As students one of us could have died within your property so please choose your landlords/ properties more carefully!
