Appalling experience with this agent--they are chasing us for a fee we do not owe and have fabricated a viewing and an offer in their attempt to extort money from us. Different sections of the company claim different things at different times. Their behaviour has gone way past incompetent and I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out to be criminal or least fraudulent. We are still going through their complaints procedure and are going to pass it on to the property ombudsman when we get our 'final decision'. I would steer well clear of any dealings with this company.
