Unprofessional conduct by the branch staff, in relation to a letting service. Staff created 3 different tenancies for one property, told the prospective tenants to attend property the meet the landlord however failed to notify the landlord to this effect and tenants were left wailing at the property for 30 minutes. Staff failed to transfers monies owed to the landlord within the 3-5 day period, failed to disclose the credit references for both tenants to the landlord one of which had been refused before the landlord signed the tenancy agreement.Told the landlord that the tenants only wanted a 6 month tenancy in order to recharge an additional �125.00 to both the tenants and landlord

This company caused us to go into arrears. YES, the company! They informed us that we were in credit on our acccount so didn't need to pay for the July 2018 rent payment of £750.00.
