My wife and I bought a house through Hartleys and they are the first agents i have dealt with that actually do the job well. I mainly dealt with Sue and Amanda both of whom were professional and friendly. Our house purchase went smoothly and we would sell using them in the future

I use them as a lettings agent and they are absolutely useless! Be prepared to sort everything yourself - it doesn't matter how many times you call them, the job will just be put away and they'll start over with the same questions every time you see them.
