We will never look to rent through this company as they have proven to be very underhand and untrustworthy. We have rented for many years due to my husband being a doctor and having to move regularly. We were desperate for a house to come up in a certain area, checking sites 2-3 times a day so when a house came up we were over the moon and arranged a viewing straight away. We were assured that we were the first to view the property on a Thursday first appointment and we e-mailed them to say we are very keen to be the first to view the house so let us know if they planned to do viewings beforehand. My husband took a day of annual leave and drove for 70 miles to see the house to be phoned 25 minutes before the viewing to cancel it because someone had put a deposit down on the property when questioning how they managed to do that when they weren't taking viewings before Thursday we were told that they booked viewings on the Saturday beforehand, which we weren't told about (we had booked the appointment with them before the Saturday). They completely wasted our time, A/L and money on fuel and were very underhand about the days they were taking viewings.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
