Only been using this agent for a few months. Am really impressed so far. There are different services on offer and I have signed up for a package which also includes maintenance. The maintenance is all covered as part of a monthly fee, rather than paying for management and then having to worry about repair costs on top. Its slightly different to my last agent but I am quite pleased with the costs and also how quickly the agent managed to sort out some outstanding repairs which was causing issues with my tenants.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
