Bad agency experience . I wanted rent from them flat. And pay fees what mean that in 7-14 days she will give me answer. But when I was ring her only what she say to me was that I need call back after few days .14 days and no answer from them . And they didn't call at all. And flat in web site are still available but rent is lower than was when I wanted rent a flat.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
