I have been a tenant with GD Property for over 6 years, and am appalled by the level of service, I have endured a leak for 4years caused by the flat at the top of the building causing hazardous living conditions, and damaging my personal belongings and recently have had another leak ruining my electric socket and lights in my hallway and bedroom making my home unsafe for myself and my 3year old. for 2 months I have been waiting for an electrician to visit the property to assure me my electrics are safe to use, but have received bo assistance, after phoning and emailing my concern I have been told I need to sort it out myself. AVOID THIS AGENT.
What agent could do to change your mind?
The fees are acceptable , it wad the only reason I have stayed as I was not able to afford another place to live.

No customer service skills, nosey and rude.. if they don't like you for whatever reason they will turn you down for the house you want even after you prove sufficient income and good references! They clearly don't care about the amount of bad reviews they get or they would sort the ... Read Full Review

they haven’t returned my £150 even though they wouldn’t let us rent a house even after providing good references and and more than sufficient income.. so in that respect I feel they steal your money after having no intention of renting to you.

shocking customer service found no faults of a 3 listed faults heater that cuts out after 2mins approx. no fault found extractor fan lights not working even after admitting they still don't work no fault found extractor fan that didn't work but by a miracle know works ! so no fault found ...
