If zero star rating would have been the available - that is what BJB Sandbach is worth. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to deal with a respectful agent - go elsewhere. Disgusted I reported things never got done moved out accused me of not paying rent i have it on my bank statement now my ex landlord is harassing me on Facebook after hunting me down so unprofessional !! If the harassment continues I will be taking it to court... Read Full Review

Very poor. I am a first time buyer with a 25% deposit. I had made an offer on a house on field lane which was rejected by the vendor. Looking for a family home to rent long term in Sandbach. Went to view a detached house, looking great...until we went into the garden.
