*Photos were abysmal, had hardly any notice of her arrival and the place looks awful *They don't fully explain the house on their site, they upsell the house which means they don't attract the right clientele. We know the place needs modernisation, so they should say that! *What is that video about? Wow! *Slight of hand lead to the agent changing the commission rate to a fixed fee - so no incentive for them to sell. Feel degraded and let down by this shoddy company!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
