We wanted to sell our house as we were emigrating to Australia (pending visa) and knew from experience that the process could take several months and not always successful at all. We decided on Dixons as we'd had a leaflet through specifically noting they had someone interested in a house in our street, and we'd also seen a few Dixons 'Sold' signs so thought it was a good start. The first impressions of Dixons were very good, and continued positively as the whole team were friendly and helpful, appointments kept and even saved us a considerable amount as we were going to decorate before going on the market (just like those TV shows say), but their valuation expert reassured us that the house was in good decorative order and we essentially only had to keep it clean and decluttered. The valuation they gave was spot on to what I'd researched, their fee fair and told them to sell it quick and for the best price. After only 3 days on the market we had 10 viewings and 2 serious offers, 1 at the full asking price. As they had already vetted the buyers we knew they were serious. I had full confidence in Ramona and her team, so when our visas came through, I knew that I could leave them the keys and chase the solicitors to see it through. Through no fault of Dixons the sale did fall through, but they had other buyer in days and actually managed to get us �7k more than the last sale agreed. They continued to check on the property and even feed our fish! I am happy to say we completed on our house last week. They are a fantastic team who will do their best for you whether buying or selling and if they had an office here in Australia, I would choose them without hesitation. They've certainly restored my faith in estate agents, demonstrating that they are a cut above the rest!

You want to keep away from these guys.. Really bad .. Gave them the place to sell in early November. They never advertised on the web..
