Alexia has looked after our rental property for the last 4 years that it has been let. We are first time landlords and her advice and guidance has been invaluable in this prospective minefield. She is so pleasant and helpful and sorts everything out quickly and efficiently. We live abroad so Alexia is our first point of call and always responds a.s.a.p. She has really made this new venture easier for us and we would highly recommend her
