Phoned to enquire about a rental property, spoke to Rachel who was very abrupt and extremely un-helpful. She seemed very busy but this is no excuse for poor service. She Interrupted me when I spoke and would not offer me more than one time slot to view a property I was highly interested in. I tried to suggest I would call her back to arrange a different time as I couldn't work around this time and she told me not to call back as she is fully booked for viewings all week. I'd hate to think this is how she treats all potential customers as she literally chased me away from viewing a property. She then phoned me back asking if I'd left a voicemail... I had done about an hour before I spoke to her. Very unprofessional. Would not reccomend this agent's services.

1 Sept 2018Their customer service is terrible. They disregarded the fact that I had travelled a long way to view the property, interrupted me and I was told to reschedule my viewing. When I called back to reschedule, they ignored my calls and never returned them. Would not recommend.

20 May 2019Poor estate agents in my opinion. Respond only when they want something. Ignore when you give notice and add stress to your day to day life for months. Make sure you do things via written communication as I found what was said on the phone was different to written communication. Felt pushed around alot and refused to do my checkout with me and chose a time they knew I wouldn't be able to. Rely heavily on an "Inventory" that doesn't match very well to the property in my case had to add lots of amendments, there wasn't even a co2 sensor when moved in which was apparently on the inventory as an example, I reported several issues with the property e.g. the co2, lights not working and other piece's, very few were rectified and I had to fix things on my own to stop being charged at checkout, which seemed to be what was going to happen in my opinion. All in all, they're lovely people until you want to leave in my opinion, that's when things got complicated and communication broke down.

21 Sept 2023As per the most recent comment, the inventory is compiled by a person who does not know the difference between patchy paintwork & professional paintwork. I would say there are strong links between the 2 companies which probably should be investigated by the DPS. They allow contractors in after inventory is taken & in between check out & inventory is reviewed. That isn’t right in any shape or form & makes the leaving tenant potentially liable for damage by this estate agents expensive list of shockingly bad contractors. It may be worth reporting both companies as they ruin the integrity of the DPS service & reputation of the landlords & other estate agents. Definitely not a company who are a role model within the industry.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
