I have lived in a rented property for a year, have been trying to have maintenance issues sorted for that long, and still await anything done about them. I have a young family to provide for and have no heating or hot water to speak of most days. The staff do not take my issues seriously, nor do they manage the let of my current home efficiently. I plan to move as soon as I can.
