Poor experience. The house we liked was advertised as fully renovated but the surveyors report was damning. The asking price given the amount of work that needed doing after a cosmetic refurbishment was ridiculous. Support from W J was sadly lacking in every respect both for buyer and vendor. Would suggest care in dealing with this agent, check everything and then recheck.
