Absolutely wonderful. Family like atmosphere in the agency. Very understanding. Ellis was extremely helpful and understanding. I have went through a little nightmare from a previous agency and it was extremely calming to have such an understanding agent on the other side of the phone. Plus, they rent the best cottages in Bollington :)
