I put my house in Bearsden on with Corum. They were absolutely horrendous. We had no viewers in the first 3 weeks, so they told us we had to drop our asking price by �30,000. We took their advice and this still created no interest and we decided to change to another Agent who sold the house very quickly. Despite not selling the house we still had to pay Corum a fortune. Their valuer shall totally inflate your property value to get you to sign up with them.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They charge a fortune and don't do anything other than rely on Rightmove to get you viewers
