I have been happy with service from Winkworths Clerkenwell. I have been a landlord of one property for 5 years. I use the full management service. I have always found the staff helpful and co-operative. Communications are good, and they work well with me as sometimes I like to sort the tenants problems personally, or sometimes I ask them to find a contractor - in these cases I've been satisfied with the work done and prices quoted, and the billing is transparent - Winkworths always send me the original bill and there is no mark-up.
The fees were slightly cheaper than other agents who quoted for me at the outset.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
