Unhappy at assumption made . Because I said we had a property to sell . These sellers assumed I needed to sell my property in order to release funds to make an offer for a property they were selling . They called me in the morning , asked if I had a property to sell , I said I did . They said they would call back soon to give me a time to view the property . I got a call back near the end of the day advising me the property was sold and it was a cash sale as the buyer had no property to sell . I replied saying I wanted to make an offer , as I also could do a cash sale . But was told the deal was complete and his client got a good offer. Really ? He never asked what my offer would have been. I have two other properties that I required a valuation for with a view to using CKD Galbraith to sell . But based on my bad experience , I would not trust them to represent my best interests .
