As a landlord for the past two years, I have used Greenwoods (dealing primarily with Kate) and always found the service to be very professional. Any issues are dealt with without delay and I am kept in a constant communication loop which in today's climate is key. Thank you Greenwoods Property Centre and keep up the good work!

I would recommend prospective customers to avoid this agency as they will take every chance they can get to misinform and take advantage of you. What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have been more understanding, acted fast in regard to the structural issues and informed us better. Also they should not have charged us for extras after we had left the property in excellent condition and these was clearly to cover costs caused by structural problems that we experiences with the property.

We have let our property through Greenwoods since November 2010, and having nothing but praise for the team there. We have been renting the same property for almost 2 years and right from the start Greenwoods have always been very helpful, friendly and efficient.
