We used AT in Southgate for sale of our house and were very happy indeed with the service. We were quoted higher than other agents we saw initially, and commission was lower. Usually, property advisers say this is a bad combination. However, we were convinced at the agent's rationale for this and he was very confident and knowledgable about recent sales and price trends in the area. In the end, we sold it for the price he said, which was 10% more than the lowest agent had suggested. We were very happy with this outcome. We also had an experience agent all the way through, with no change to a back office or junior person after the appointment. They were responsive, polite and knowledgable throughout. Really restored our faith in the agency profession - highly recommended for sales, a really great agent. Could not recommend these guys more; much better than what you will get from the people working at the bigger chains in Southgate and more impressive than some of the local firms were tried also.
