Mark was very helpful throughout the process of letting our property. He was keen to spend time with us to ensure that we had all the information we needed and were happy with the arrangements. He kept us fully informed during the progress and responded quickly to emails and phone calls. His good awareness of the letting market was demonstrated by the speed at which the property was let. At a personal level he was very pleasant to deal with.
