Tried many other agents all with hidden charges, I should have tried these first, prompt professional, nice to deal with, statements and money paid on the 1st of each month every month and NO HIDDEN CHARGES like the other agents! I have now purchased 5 more properties in Margate and have given them all over to Appletons, no fuss, fair fees (i tried cheaper agents... but if you pay peanuts you get monkeys as they say!). They have chosen decent tenants (who i have since met and are very nice) I hope to enjoy a very long relationship with them. Highly recommended

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
