I purchased a property through Hogan's. They were fantastic, they helped me find a property, accompanied me to the viewings and updated me throughout the process. I also used their recommended mortgage advisor and solicitor who were very good. As I bought this property through them I also used their Buy one let one free offer where they found me a tenant with no set up fee. All round good service and a range of services for buyers making the process as easy as possible. Nice modern office, best in area and staff very polite and on the ball.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Didn't apply to me. Although the recommend solicitor was less than what I expected for a Leeds based Company.

Extremely dissatisfied with the poor service provided for landlords. Ive had 3 occasions where I've paid for repairs only to discover later on theyve never been done.
