The staff at Taymar House, the Head Office of Countrywide, have made many errors and have tried to cover them up. Their relationship with their contractors is too close for comfort. Work that had been authorised within the tennanted property, had been started and then left for five months. Countrywide however paid the contractor with my funds when the contractor submitted an invoice on the first day he started work. The contractor has still not returned five weeks after Countrywide admitted that the work had not been completed.
