On the viewing, Pinal was extremely informative and helpful, and clearly knew the property and local area well. She never came across as a standard pushy estate agent, and our offer was handled smoothly. Once the reference process started, Nahida made the process as efficient as possible, and the turnaround was quick. Would definitely recommend to other people.

Has taken over two months to get basic things fixed, they don't reply to emails they don't want to, constantly say 'I am only the middle man' as an excuse to not push forward for repairs and laughed at a recurring pest problem.
