Having used many property agents throughout Coventry, i find Vesta properties one of the best if not "the" best out there. They are very responsible and above all professional in there work. They are available day and night if there are any issues and always go above and beyond, in short they are amazing.

Terrible agency. I would advise you to avoid them. They charge unfairly at the deposit for "cleaning", despite allowing tenants to move into disgusting properties that have not been cleaned properly. During conversations with the agency, you need to be careful with what you say. We may be talking about something that will be used against the tenant. I would avoid them at all costs, they will charge you unfairly at your deposit whilst not fixing any maintenance issues.
