Awful awful awful! We used this small agency to buy a house. The Lady run business was very rude to us at all times eventually forcing us to complete a survey after which telling us buyer pulled out a week ago actually. The team *did all they could to infer how they didn't need our business and the seller didn't wish to sell to us due to also having a change of heart a week before signing. The property has since been sold (6mths after we were buying) for the same price offered by us.
