They are big liars. 1. Initially property was listed for £1200, but we bargained it to £1150 as it was not professional cleaned. Inventory details also claims the same thing. But once we checkout from property and left the property in fairly cleaned state, then they claimed the professional cleaning price and stated, that it was given to us in professionally cleaned state. 2. After 5 days of checkin to property, we reported damaged & leak window which has caused damp in bedroom. They clicked pictures and said that inventory has been updated. But after checkout, they said it was never faulty and have to pay redecoration cost. And on top of that they claimed that they don't keep pictures for more than a year. I don't understand why the pictures were not considered part of inventory. So they lied here as well. Claiming the £120 for professional cleaning and £140 for re-decoration. Also, after checkout they were keep changing the claim amount. First claim was £110 Second claim was £200 Third Claim was £220 Fourth Claim was £300. Even though they didn't had any invoice to support the claim, property got the next tenant and they also got the property in uncleaned state. Thats why they didn't had the invoice. So BIG NO to them. Not recommended at all. My tenancy ended on 14th Feb. 2016. And Today is 29th April 2016 and I am still fighting for my money.

4 May 2016It is a shame that you need to post such a review when as you well know the issue of the damage caused is being dealt with by The Dispute Service in the correct manner. Your failure to respond to telephone calls and emails has not helped your cause as we have asked several times for your Bank details to return the undisputed balance, but without response. The tenancy deposit scheme is there for a reason. To protect tenants monies and to provide an independent view of any deductions claimed.

4 May 2016Mr. Kevin, I tried to resolve the matter with your company official TRACY KEMP after the end of tenancy on 16/02/2016. But the whole matter got dragged for 31 days and we didnt land on any decision. On 32nd Day I raised the dispute case with TDS (17/03/2016) and informed your company officials. Now even after raising the case with TDS, your company officials were not proactive at all. After 31 days of TDS case, when verdict was about to come, your company officials starts chasing me with the acceptance of my initial offer to you guys on claim. So please explain, why are your ready to accept my initial offer after 63 days of end of tenancy? If you would have accepted my offer on 24/02/2016, then this matter would have closed with in 10 days of end of tenancy. Now do you realise why I am frustrated and post this review. If any of your company official wants to challenge me on the review validity feel free to ping me. I have full records of emails.
