My mum decided to sell her much loved home, a home which held 30 odd years of happy memories, as she just felt it was too big for her. After looking around, we decided to opt for Slater Hogg at Alexandra Parade and it was the definitely the best place to go with. My brother contacted the office and spoke to Lindsey who arranged to go to mums house to meet her and start the ball rolling. She immediately put mum at ease with her caring and easy going but professional manner. She assured mum she and her team would take care of everything for her to make the process as easy as possible for her. She was true to her word. She kept us up to date at every stage, she arranged for her colleague Aileen to conduct the viewings for mum. Of which there were many. Aileen was another gem. Like Lindsey, she exuded warmth and treated my mum like a person, not just a number. The interest she had in her property was unbelievable. Her house was on the market for 3 weeks then it was sold. This made such a difference to my mum as it was an emotional time for her and this wonderful team made it so much less painful for her. Even the surveyor who came to the house, Johnathan, was lovely. He sat us down and explained everything to us in such a kind manner. Chris is another member of the team who is first class too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this fantastic team of people to anyone looking to sell or buy property. They really are a total credit to their profession and to Slater Hogg.
