We rented with them for 3.5 years and felt we were being looked after. We got all of our deposit back when moving out so very pleased. Recommended!

What agent could do to change your mind?
Perhaps go on some sort of customer service training course? Learn some manners? Accept responsibility? Treat your customers with respect, even if they ARE lowly student types? The list is endless.

I have had quite a few bad experienced with letting agents in the past but none so much as P J Palmers. Every 6 months, even though we were just resigning the tenancy papers, they insisted on doing a full inspection which involved us moving EVERYTHING out of the house, as though we were moving out. ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
