Me and my partner have just moved into a property in waterlooville. Its the first time we have ever rented and Palmerstons have been fantastic. Through the referencing process they always updated us and called when they say they would call. There were a few things that needed to be done before we would move into the property - the neighbour was keeping his car in the driveway, when we advised Palmerstons of this they ensured it was gone by the time we were due to move in - and it was. I would recommed these agents to anybody, the staff are friendly and very reliable.
