Absolutely awful service provided from Day 1! No Management of property at all and no communication between staff members!!! Also proceeded with an illegal and void tenancy due to no gas certificate!!! DO NOT USE!!

Terrible company. I had them in to manage a property with sitting tenants a few years ago, and they did literally nothing. They took their commission for a few months, then when the tenants gave notice that they were leaving, Mitchells did not inform me. I only found out because I happened to be in ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have been more honest about the market and they could have done their job and informed me when notice was given by the tenants.

DO NOT USE THIS LETTINGS AGENTS!! I used to be a Tenant with Mitchells Letting Agents New Milton, and i handed in my notice to quit , and because they can't find a new Tenant for the property as their rent is to much, they are trying to make me pay the rent on the property and i don't live ... What agent could do to change your mind?
Earn your living the right way like other people in the world have to. I am so disgusted and now i have to spend out on a Solicitor as i am not having this anymore. They need to give my deposit money back and i was pre warned about using Mitchells letting agents in the first place. Bad business people. Be warned!!!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
