I recently utilised the services of Nick to sell my property. The sale was north of GBP1m and I needed an agent who could help potential buyers to feel comfortable with a large investment of this nature. I did not need an agent that took the keys and then let the client wander around the premises before finally locking the door and leaving. Nick was very professional, dedicated and diligent in dealing with potential buyers and I had full confidence in his abilities. when we faced the inevitable challenges with the sale Nick proved to be a good communicator with all parties and demonstrated the highest integrity. The sale was completed on time and at the target price that we had agreed before the commencement of the process.
