They are nice to your face that's all. We were looking for a property in the area and found couple. Saw one and were ready to go ahead, but agency was delaying all the process saying they need to advertise for longer. Whenever we asked if we can go ahead, they were keep saying in few days we will give you an answer. Again and again.... They knew we need to move in couple weeks time but not once did they tell us all this rubbish service will take so long. And other property is out of question as now we are out of time, they say they will not even consider us... Don' t take me wrong, I do understand property needs advertising etc, but when prospect tenants are ready at least ask landlord if they would be OK to give them that property. Anyway, avoid at all cost! They are inconcrete and keep dragging everything. Don't understand how they are still in business. If I was a landlord, would not go to them, as my property would lose money with their snail speeds... And now I do get why friends are not recommending them. *
