Stay well clear of ADR Property, you will only lose money. To call them incompetent is being far too generous They now have following listing at Companies House "Active - Proposal to Strike off". All negative comments I could have written myself as same things happened to me, do not believe positive comments.

This then questions the negative reviews and makes me wonder, are they real or are they written by the same person? Like you say, you ‘could have written them all yourself' and a lot of them do have similar phrases and content. ‘*sigh' I have written a positive review of this company and I stand by it, they have been excellent in helping me build my portfolio along with managing it. Something that I couldn't have done on my own. ‘*phew'

21 Nov 2017I fully support all you say about these two incompetent people. I will write a fuller report detailing how they took money and kept it, I believe that is called theft, and the catalogue of disasters they inflicted on us.

Claimed for work not done satisfactorily (and I suspect some never done at all!). If they were a proper company, ran as a client has the right to expect - with honesty and integrity the fees would have been fine. Unfortunately this was strongly never the case!
