AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I used Lota Properties based in Roundhay Road, I had got them to rent my 4 bed property. Just like the previous reviewer I had noticed on my bank statement each month when I got the rent paid that it was less then what I should have received. I had been overcharged for stuff which I didn't need to pay for such as plumbing and also gas pipe work which was carried out without my knowledge even though I managed the property myself. When questioned Randeep (1 of the managers) about the over payments and work carried out he became very abrupt and very rude over the phone. I ended up making a trip to his branch on Roundhay Road and met him face to face, he suddenly became all red on his face and started shaking when I gave my notice to take my property back. Save yourselves the time, money and hassle DO NOT USE THIS LETTING AGENCY.
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent fees are SHOCKING, I got overcharged each month.
