Charlatan - I bought property from Endrick which they had managed on a rental basis. I agreed to buy the property with all furniture. They removed items from the flat prior to the completion date and left the place looking like it had just been broken into....covered in dust and dirt, broken furniture and a broken shower. On calling Endrick they body swerved questions and denied moving furniture out the property. Absolutely disgraceful

22 May 2016We did indeed advertise a property on behalf of a client which you purchased. We did not own the property and had no control over how our client left the property or in fact what furniture was left in the property. Had you specified what furniture was to be left in your offer, which I imagine you did, I am surprised you did not contact the seller or his solicitor. We "body swerved" nothing, when you called we advised you to contact the sellers solicitor. I am surprised you believe we as the selling agents are at fault or in fact have control over how sellers leave a property. I have no idea what furniture you are refering to, we removed nothing and had no involvement in the property for a period of one month before you purchased. I hope you are succesful with your first venture into buy to let.

Communication is beyond awful. Do not respond to emails / calls. For our previous rental the landlord had to be contacted via his brother. I could not recommend them more. They are the best letting agents my partner and I have ever had! They are sweet, genuinely caring about tenants and always prompt on repairs.
