Moving to London from elsewhere we expected to pay loads in fees and receive pretty awful service, but everyone at this agency has been great. Fees were clearly explained and not too steep either. We've had a few issues since moving in and Sue who is charge of maintenance stuff has been amazing. We usually wait a day or two for someone to come round, and then another day or two for the problem to be fixed (none of these have been emergencies either!). They're really good at keeping you informed about what's broken, and how long it'll take to fix unlike other agents we've had elsewhere. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and it's easy to get in touch with everyone.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Can't really compare with other London agents, but they mostly seemed to serve a purpose
