When my partner and I were searching to purchase property we came across many estate agents. Many let us down which made caused us to start loosing faith with estate agents. We found most of them to be pushy, unhelpful, not honest, did not keep us up to date with previous offers we put forward which left us feeling unappreciated and not valued as a potential customer. We found a property on the market with kentons which caught our interest. When I called I spoke to a member of staff named Adam. He was very polite, friendly and helpful. We booked in to view and another member of staff named Kelly who showed us round the property. Again she was very polite, friendly and helpful. We put forward an offer on the property and Kelly was honest and kept us up to date. We were lucky enough to have the offer accepted. All the way through purchasing process we found it very smooth and we were kept up to date. The sale completed and have been happy in our new home thanks to the help on kentons!
