I had a very bad experience with this agent. My partner and I had found a property, which we liked and agreed the price with the landlord though the lettings negotiator. We were told to hurry and transfer the deposit - and were told shortly thereafter that the apartment was our as and off the market. However, a few hours later, the agents called us up to inform us that the apartment had gone to someone else (despite the deposit having already been transferred and that the conditions for the contract hence fulfilled). Harris Latner then took multiple weeks to transfer back our funds, and never paid us in full (they withheld fees) despite them not having conducted the service for which we paid. These agents are untrustworthy - and also very pushy - I would not recommend them to anyone
