Selling a flat with this agent at the moment and they are a nightmare. They do not communicate after viewings I am always having to chase them up. One member of staff tells you one thing when you call then another tells you something different. They don't seem to be able to get hold of viewers for feedback and they told me I had three viewings then told me another time no one had been out at all at that point to view. Avoid this company I am cancelling my contract with them and moving my business to countrywide who have recently put my other home on the market. It's like night and day in the service I am receiving. I would never sell or buy through Allen and Harris again total timewasters
